This statue of Four-Armed Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara) was handcrafted by skilled craftsmen working with. The statue was crafted using the traditional lost-wax casting technique, hand-carved with attention to detail, and carefully polished. The statue’s facial expression is peaceful and serene, radiating the boundless compassion that defines the "Lord of Love." His eyes are slightly closed in a meditative state. He wears a magnificent jewelled crown. His two central hands are joined at his heart in the Anjali Mudra (prayer gesture), holding a wish-fulfilling jewel that symbolizes the spirit of enlightenment.

In his upper right hand, he holds a crystal mala (rosary), signifying his continuous cycle of pulling beings out of suffering; in his upper left, he holds a lotus flower, symbolizing the blossoming of pure wisdom even in the midst of worldly mud. The figure is richly adorned with turquoise and coral-coloured inlays, along with delicate necklaces and bone jewellery. He is seated in the Vajra posture on a beautifully detailed double-lotus pedestal, signifying his unshakeable stability and purity.

This statue is not only a beautiful collectible art work, but also a Dharma instrument to help practitioners advance.
